21st century cleaning

In the year 2055, Anne from the UK thinks she will say: I can’t believe that 50 years ago, people used disinfectant for cleaning. Her idea is that we might find out that killing all those microbes was not such a good idea, particularly since many of them are microbes that we need. This picture is not a good one, but it’s a list I saw in the restroom of a medium-sized St Petersburg sushi restaurant. The symbols on the top are different things that need to be attended to; paper, soap, trash, mirror, tap, toilet, floor and the last one I can’t make out. On the left side are the times when the cleaning is supposed to be done.
The cleaners did exactly what they had to, I saw the floor being mopped three times during our dinner. Can’t help but think that they could have had something more meaningful to do.
